60-Day Returns & Exchanges Policy

 

We offer a 60-day return or exchange policy on all new and unused products. You have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. Refunds are issued exclusively as store credit or through exchanges.

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. This policy applies only to items purchased directly from www.mistyphases.com.

 

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.



Refund & Exchange Process

 

Please allow up to 14 business days from the receipt of your returned item at our facility for processing your refund or exchange.

 

Refunds:

 

Once your return is processed, an e-card with the refund amount will be sent to the email address provided at the time of the original order. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Return and Exchange Instructions:

 

When returning a package for either a refund or exchange, please include detailed information with your return, such as the desired exchange size and color or indicate if you would like a refund. 

 

If your return package includes all necessary details, we will email an exchange invoice to collect the shipping cost. Should we require additional information regarding your exchange, a team member will contact you. 

 

Please allow up to 14 business days for the processing and shipment of your exchange order. 

 

Note that exchanges cannot be processed if the item is out of stock or discontinued. In such cases, we will issue an e-gift card for the amount of the item.




Return & Exchange Shipping Fees

 

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items to our facility. Please note that outgoing shipping fees are non-refundable. Additionally, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of items exchanged.

Return and Exchange Eligibility

 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn or have had their original tags and packaging removed. Additionally, returns or exchanges are not permitted for items discounted by more than 25%, final sale items, clearance items, discontinued or gift cards.

 

For promotional purchases, such as "Buy 2 get 1 Free" all items must be new, unused, and in their original tags and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. Partial refunds or exchanges are not allowed for such promotional items.

 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We strive to expedite processing and shipping times; therefore, if you notice an error in the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@mistyphases.com. Due to the rapid processing of orders by our shipping facility, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify or correct the shipping address once the order has been placed.

We are not liable for any issues arising from orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If a package is delivered to the address specified by the customer at checkout, we will consider the order fulfilled. As such, we will not provide a replacement or issue a refund if the package is delivered to the address entered by the customer, even if it is incorrect.

In the event that a package is returned to our facility due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will make reasonable efforts to reship the package. However, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with reshipping the package.



Inspection & Reporting of Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly via email or text. Note that items that have been worn, used, or had their tags removed are no longer eligible to be considered defective.

International Orders and Import Fees Policy

Customers placing orders for delivery outside the United States are responsible for all import fees, taxes, and charges associated with their order. This includes, but is not limited to, customs duties, import taxes, and any other charges imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities.

Prior to placing an order, it is the customer’s responsibility to verify with their country's customs department the applicable fees and regulations.

Once an international order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be canceled or refunded. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred during the import process, including but not limited to shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, and other related charges.

If the customer chooses not to pay the import fees, taxes, customs duties, or any other charges required by their country, and subsequently rejects the package or fails to collect it from the customs department, we will not issue a refund, credit, or discount. Furthermore, if the package is returned to us under these circumstances, we will neither reship the order nor provide a refund.

International Orders: Returns and Exchanges

 

For international orders, customers are responsible for all fees related to shipping items back to the United States. This includes taxes, import fees, and any costs associated with returning packages from the customs office. To be eligible for a return, the package must be delivered directly to our facility.

Customers are also responsible for all fees and shipping costs related to exchanges. Refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card denominated in U.S. dollars.

Customers placing orders from outside of the USA are responsible for any and all import fess, including but not limited to: Tax, Customs Fee’s Import Fee’s, Duties. Before you order please check with your countries customs department before placing your order. Once an international order or an order shipping outside of the USA has left our facility we can no longer cancel the order, issue a refund, we are not responsible for any other fees, we will not refund the cost of shipping, or pay for any taxes, duties, or import fees. If the package arrives to your customs department and you then decide that you do not want to pay the import fees, customs fees, taxes or duties please note that we will not issue you a refund, credit, discount or cancel your order. If you reject the package or fail to pick up the package from your customs department and the package is returned to us, we will no reship your order, issue a refund, or cancel the order.
