Shipping Policy
We work hard to ensure that your order is delivered to you promptly. We typically process orders received by 3:00 p.m. on the same business day. All orders ship within 12–24 business hours from our Los Angeles warehouse. Due to COVID-19, we have noticed some delays in delivery times, but please rest assured that our shipping department is handling the situation. We work closely with our couriers to ensure your package is shipped on time, promptly, and safely. Customers placing orders from outside the United States are responsible for all import fees, including but not limited to: taxes, customs fees, import fees, and duties. Before placing your order, please check with your country’s customs department. Once an international order or an order shipping outside the USA has left our facility, we can no longer cancel the order or issue a refund. We are not responsible for any other fees, and we will not refund the cost of shipping or pay for any taxes, duties, or import fees. If the package arrives at your customs department and you then decide that you do not want to pay the import fees, customs fees, taxes, or duties, please note that we will not issue a refund, credit, discount, or cancel your order. If you reject the package or fail to pick it up from your customs department and the package is returned to us, we will not reship your order, issue a refund, or cancel the order.
