With all the flavorful over-processed foods that “look” exciting, it can be challenging to get kids to eat something like Swiss Chard. It doesn’t sound appealing to some; however, make the right dish with the right ingredients, and your little ones might give certain veggies or healthy foods more of a chance.

Turkey burgers are an excellent replacement for beef. The recipe we shared has various spices, but you can keep it simple with a bit of sea salt and pepper.
