Return & Exchange Policy
30 Day RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a 30-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after you purchased your item to request a return or exchange on all new and unused products. Refunds are issued ONLY in form of store credit, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or an exchange the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Only Items purchased directly from www.mistyphases.com are eligible for our 30 day return or exchange policy.
Refund & Exchange Process
Please allow 7 business days from the day your returned item arrives to our facility to have your refund or exchange processed.
Refunds - Please note that after we process a refund in our system, we will email you an e -card with your balance.
Exchanges - Your exchange will be shipped out promptly and no later than 7 business after your returned items arrive at our facility.
Return & Exchange Shipping Fee’s
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the items to our facility. Outgoing shipping fees are not refundable. Customers are also responsible for the cost of shipping on exchange items.

Shipping Fees on returns & exchanges
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on returns & exchanges. All import tax and duties are the customers responsibility.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that are discounted, final sale, clearance or gift cards.
International Returns & Exchanges
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return or exchange items. Original outgoing shipping fees will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all outgoing exchanges.
Customers placing orders from outside of the USA are responsible for any and all import fess, including but not limited to: Tax, Customs Fee’s Import Fee’s, Duties. Before you order please check with your countries customs department before placing your order. Once an international order or an order shipping outside of the USA has left our facility we can no longer cancel the order, issue a refund, we are not responsible for any other fees, we will not refund the cost of shipping, or pay for any taxes, duties, or import fees. If the package arrives to your customs department and you then decide that you do not want to pay the import fees, customs fees, taxes or duties please note that we will not issue you a refund, credit, discount or cancel your order. If you reject the package or fail to pick up the package from your customs department and the package is returned to us, we will no reship your order, issue a refund, or cancel the order.
Damaged or you received the incorrect item
