This app is excellent for low-impact, strength, and dance cardio fitness. Classes are described as being fun and easy to follow. The instructors do an incredible job of motivating users.

Don Saladino’s Playbook App

Sweat is a top-rated fitness app for moms. There are different workout programs based on your type of equipment, fitness level, and personal fitness goals. The Sweat website explains what equipment is used  and some substitutions that work. It’s only $19.99 a month; it’s totally worth it.

The Calm app offers a monthly plan for $14.99 or an annual plan for $69.99. This app focuses on using meditation practices to help strengthen our mental and emotional health. Filter by session time, instructors, and the option to have sleep stories told before bed. It’s a mental relief, which is as essential as physical health.

Madeline Moves

Madeline is a personal trainer that uploads videos for every exercise. Moms can find guides featuring bands and body weight or gym-based programs. Set up your home-based gym and get to work.

Alo Moves

Alo Moves is an excellent app for moms who love or are interested in yoga. While it’s not as easy to filter as other apps, it offers a solid selection of yoga, strength, barre-based workouts, and mindfulness classes. The Alo App is $20 a month or $199 annually.

Consider this a gateway to the many pre-natal and post-pregnancy fitness apps available for moms. You can work out in the comfort of your own home, with your baby nestled in their bed and the app running in the background. Your little one/’s are going to depend on your health and fitness; the sooner you start getting back in shape, the better.

Do you have any Fitness Apps that should be added to this list? If so, drop them in the comments for all moms to see.
